The apartment, located on the ground floor, has a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, private bathroom, bedroom and independent heating.    This elegant apartment receives a lot of light and by a marble balcony it overlooks the south east side with views of the mountains and the Botanical Garden. The entrance is on the primary balcony and overlooks the inner courtyard of the house.
